He has consistently achieved profitable growth through team-building, effective technology implementation, and sales leadership. Ron is committed to an organizational culture of employee respect, development and motivation.
Before joining Night Train Marketing as the COO, Ron spent nearly three decades as an operating officer, with an emphasis in driving business by way of toll-free vanity phone numbers.
Ron grew that company from a startup to a $40 million-dollar business that achieved household name status. He went on to work as the COO of Walker Advertising, the San Pedro-based company known for their brands 1-800-TheLaw2 and Los Defensores. This experience has helped him transition from the dental world into the legal profession. Ron’s expertise in both marketing and back-end business systems and processes is invaluable.
